My name is Costas Theofylaktidis. I was born in Athens in 1977 where I grew up and attended university. After university I relocated to London, England with a desire to see the world. I got a job in the flying industry and travelled….a lot!For the past 9 years I have lived in Italy but like to think of myself as a citizen of the world…aren’t we all?

After carefully re-evaluating my life a few years back, I discovered Life Coaching and decided that I wanted to explore this career path further.At that point my life took a turn that I never expected! All of my initial doubts vanished very quickly and here I am calling out to you to do the same!

It has been very exciting and fulfilling and I look forward to continuing this journey with you.

There are times that we want to go places and other times we want to connect with the people around us. There are even times when we want to connect further with ourselves! We may want to move on and change, create, achieve or at times simply stand still and evaluate, take a deep breath and just be.
